We provide up-to-date information on the status of your shipment in the tracking portal. Please refer to your email for information about the tracking portal. For bulky items (e.g. furniture), the courier will call you within 2-9 working days.
If you are ordering multiple items, you may receive your parcel on different days. If you order products from sellers other than STEPINFIT, the seller will send you an email with the delivery information. iShipment?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. We will notify you by email when we have completed your cancellation request.
If we are unable to process the cancellation request immediately, usually because the parcel has already been dispatched, we will contact our courier to return the parcel to our warehouse. We will process the order within 2-3 working days of receiving it, refund the full amount to your account if the order was prepaid, and notify you by email.
STEPINFIT allows customers to return all purchased products within 14 days of receipt, on their own and in most cases free of charge.
